Cancellation and refund terms for nCapsule subscriptions

Cancellation Policy

  1. A contract that has already started cannot be terminated in the middle of the contract period.
  2. If you have made the payment for renewal of a future contract and the contract has not yet started, we can stop the renewal and initiate the refund process.
  3. In the scenario above, the customer must email the support team 14 days prior to the renewal date — without this notice, we may not be able to stop the renewal process.

Refund Policy

  1. No refund will be processed for a contract that has already started.
  2. The refund process takes 7 days within India and 14 days outside India.
