What each feature does, what the options mean, and what to watch out for.
Every sign-in restriction can either log what it would have blocked or actually block it. They all start on logging. Leave a new rule there for a week, read User Logs, and only then enforce. Someone locked out by a wrong rule cannot let themselves back in.
Sign-in security
Controls that decide who may sign in, from where, and when.
Limit sign-ins to the countries where your people actually work.
Restrict when people can sign in, with support for night shifts.
Catch sign-ins from two places too far apart to be the same person.
Allow sign-ins only from your office networks or approved addresses.
Add a second factor, so a stolen password is not enough on its own.
Set the rules new passwords must meet.
Tie a user to the browsers they have registered.
Users and groups
Managing accounts and applying rules to many people at once.
Apply one set of sign-in rules to a whole team instead of editing every user.
Add people, and switch individual restrictions on or off.
Create people one at a time, or many at once from a CSV file.
Apply one security setting to many users in a single action.
See who has been locked out, and let them back in.
Domains and setup
Connecting your domain and syncing people from Google or Microsoft.
Add the email domains your people sign in with, and set each one's rules.
The one-time setup that lets your people sign in through nCapsule.
Pull your people in from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 instead of typing them.
Put your own logo and background on the sign-in page your staff see.
Monitoring
Seeing what happened before you enforce anything.

Licences, billing documents and company details.
